Our Story

A heart for lasting transformation & healing


LifeSource Christian Counseling & Coaching was founded to support people navigating transition, uncertainty, or pain who long for clarity but aren't sure of the next step. Our approach is grounded in the belief that biblical truth, practical tools, and loving accountability can help create real, lasting change. Founder Meredith Howard's own journey of healing and growth shaped this mission: to offer guidance rooted in God's Word, prayer, support, and the tools to move forward.

At LifeSource, we serve individuals, families, ministry leaders, and faith-based teams. This team brings more than 25 years of ministry experience to this work as a Ministers, Board-Certified Christian Counselors, mentors, ministry leaders certified coaches and trainers. LifeSource combines biblical wisdom, prayer, and personalized growth strategies to help people step confidently into their God-given purpose.

We believe lasting transformation requires more than inspiration. It requires intentional action, spiritual growth, and the tools to sustain meaningful change.
